Mondays are for gratitude

This week flew by, as my weeks always seem to do, especially in the summer. I did not intend for this to be my only post in a week!

Mondays are for Gratitude

I am grateful for the sunshine, the long days of summer, and the flowers outside my office window.

I am grateful for a day at the beach with my son and my sweet little nephew who holds a special place in my heart. And I am grateful for the beach itself, a short five minute drive from my home and I am in paradise.

I am grateful that my parents are alive and well (for the most part) and their willingness to take part in the lives of my brats.

I am grateful for the ability to read and write the English language. For without those two things I would not be able to tell you that you need to read Michael Moore’s biography, it is aptly named Here Comes Trouble and it is fabulous. It reads more like fiction due to the fact that he is incredibly interesting and has been an activist pretty much since birth! I would love to meet him, although I have no idea what I would say.

There are lots more things, but I will save them for next week… I had a really long day!

Keep smiling,

Hey! I know this is kind of off topic but I was wondering if you
knew where I could find a captcha plugin for my comment form?
I’m using the same blog platform as yours and I’m having difficulty finding one?

    Thanks a lot!
